1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to the
Liquidity Pool Connect interface ("Service"). By connecting your wallet,
you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
2. Wallet Connection
The Service allows users to securely connect supported cryptocurrency
wallets for liquidity pool interaction and balance viewing across
supported blockchain networks.
3. Read-Only Access
The Service operates in read-only mode and does not request permissions
to transfer, trade, stake, or withdraw digital assets from your wallet.
No transactions will be executed without your explicit confirmation.
4. Supported Networks
Cross-chain connectivity may include Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum,
Base, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche, and other compatible EVM networks.
5. Liquidity Pool Analytics
Connected wallet balances and liquidity positions may be analyzed in
order to provide portfolio visibility, pool allocation insights, and
network compatibility information.
6. Security
The Service does not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet
credentials. Users remain solely responsible for wallet security and
transaction approvals.
7. Privacy
Public blockchain data associated with connected wallet addresses may be
processed to provide analytics and liquidity monitoring functionality.
8. Limitations
Liquidity metrics, APY estimates, and network data may be delayed,
incomplete, or subject to blockchain indexing limitations.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users
should independently verify all blockchain activity and balances.
10. Liability
Under no circumstances shall the platform be liable for losses,
interruptions, smart contract risks, or network-related issues arising
from the use of the Service.
11. Updates
The platform may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the
Service, supported networks, or liquidity integrations at any time.
